What's the nicest way to tell my ugly neighbor that I would rather die than date him?

I don't want him to think I'm a Gay (becasue I actually do look kind of butch not that it's any of his business but there's no way I'd ever do three way with another girl! EWEWEWEWEW!!!) and rejecting him on that account! I want him to know for sure that it's because he is so unappealing that no one would ever want to sleep with him. But I am a good Christian so I don't want to be too hurtful. Thanks for help! God Bless!
