How can I get this woman to stop condescending me?

"You know, I don't mean to presume, and you don't have to answer, but I'm getting the impression that you feel that because of my disability I might need extra help. I appreciate your concern, but it's not necessary. I'm an independent adult and I do these things on my own like anyone else."
