What is Cincinnati like?Nice city?Weather?

So just tell me if Cincinnati is a nice city? What's the weather like? How much snow does it get? Do you normally have a snowy Christmas? I also heard that it is a conservative, and i was wondering if that was true? because i am a very big conservative! Thanks
