Swollen Lymph Nodes, 2 in groin, 2 in neck, also 2 lumps on side of neck under ear?

Sounds to me like your coming down with something.Your lymph nodes swell when they are helping your body fight off something(like a cold or the flu or any type of infection). but if you dont end up getting sick in the next day or so or they keep getting bigger and hard. Then i would call your family physician. Goodluck!
