Racisim at work?

Since your manager doesn't have enough guts to put a stop to it ,then you must go above him .If you don't want to do a face to face try e-mail. Let him know that this is not a good work environment and they can get into some major legal trouble if they don't stop.Good luck to you ,you're doing the right thing by speaking up to these idiots.
