Do you think the United States should increase information collection technology, stun technology and?

detection avoidance technology and reduce bullet and explosive technology to become a kinder and gentler controlling nation with regards to National Security? Wouldn't this make us more respected around the world? Wouldn't this have a tendency to win over our enemies over time? Of course the stun tech would have to be good enough to keep bullet shooters at bay and make their weapons obsolete. A future soldier would shoot a stun/ray gun at a person to knock them out or down while their weapons were removed from them. But don't you think it might work for our military to become more like this?
