Approx. cost to convert a regular closet into a usable stackable W/D closet?

I'm a Realtor who is working with a buyer looking for a condo. Of the one she likes best, the development has on site laundry facilities but her particular unit doesn't have a W/D connection. I found out from the listing agent that a few people in the complex have had their own laundry facilities added, so I know it can be done. There is a huge closet with sliding doors right off the kitchen and on the same wall as a half bath so I know a water line is nearby. Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to have the pipes, electrical and water line run to effectively convert this closet? This closet would be on the first floor (the condo development is set up townhouse style, so there are just units on either side, not above and below her). The foundation is a slab, not a pier and beam, and the flooring is just stained concrete if this info helps. Thanks!
