Why was Lazarus resurrected and when is it appropriate to resurrect someone?

Jesus resurrected Lazarus to demonstrate what he would do in the last days and because no one dying before Jesus ransom death would be in heaven, Jesus loved Lazarus and wanted him to be in heaven. After the death of the Apostles there were no more resurrections. Jesus will resurrect all those in their memorial tombs during his thousand year reign. All those resurrected will be given new bodies not unlike the ones they have now, old ones will grow young again in God's new system of things and no one will ever be sick, grow old, or die again was we have obtained everlasting life. The mystic did not bring up Samuel as Samuel had died and only God then could return life to someone and God says mystics and fortellers of events were bad. It was a demon pretending to be Samuel.
