Need help finding recipe!?

Does anyone know of or has made this before? For Christmas Eve my Grandma used to make this pastry for an appetizer. It looked like a great big turnover made with puff pastry dough. It was filled with cheddar cheese and I think she used paprika to sprinkle on the top. It was so good!!! I would like to make it for the holidays. I cannot find a recipe. Help!
