How can I get Hubby to help?

I have to admit I am a little scared. My husband does not seem to be wanting to help and excepting that I am pregnant. I work 10 hour days and I am tired ALL the time. He works part time and gets home early. He gets home at 3 .I get home at 6 with an hour of awful travel! I have tried to prepare meals he can easily finish. He does not do it. I do laundry and if i am too tired to do it he complains his cloths are dirty. I can not clean out the cat boxes but he will not do it either. I can not drag the trash down 3 flights of stairs, but he thinks I should be able to do it! Another thing is that he has REALLY started to act like the dog is his favorite and its pissing me off. The dog is very agressive (Pit, rot, mastiff mix) she bites me when i try to love on my husband and he just looks at me and says "what did you do to make her mad?" When I obviously have not done anything. I have tryed talking with him about giving her away because when she bites me it hurts and she is too much for me when he is not home. I ave to chase her around to get things from her and I can not do it forever. Especially when the baby gets here. Anyways I know my husband is WAY more capable at being responsible than he chooses to be. i try to talk to him and he gives me the " Nothing I do is good enough" or the " i can never do anything right" which is NOT what I am saying, I just want a little more help! I do just about EVERYTHING in the house. I am scared that when the baby gets here it will be ALL up to me. How can I get him to help me more now? I need the help and I am so fustrated with him.
