Clarify the doubt?

after 4 months of treatment i had a full size follicle and LH in urine.as per doctor ovulation will takes place with 36 hrs....i had during that time ,i had tolerable pain also at ovary site,i really want a baby,iam afraid wether every thing goes on well ????7 days remaing for my periods...these days iam having good phisical activity and had lifted some weight during some house hold works....does it effects any thing in conception???kindly clarify me...
