Cheated on my bf heeeeeeeeeeelpppp?

Well you didn't really cheat on your bf if you just spoke on the phone with your ex, that's not really cled as cheating. I mean if you and your ex are still friends then your bf should trust you enough not to think anythings going on, but on the other hand, you should of told your bf straight away after it happened, so it came from you and not anyone else, thats probably why he feels cheated by you. Just apologise to him, and tell him it was harmless, and didnt mean anything, you were just catching up with your ex as friends. Unless you still have feelings for your ex? then thats a different story, and i could understand why your bf didnt approve. Just talk to him, and if he still doesnt give you the time of day, then just move on, he obviously wasnt that keen on you in the 1st place if hes not willing to patch things up over something so silly!
