Wht should i write in this letter to a guy i like and he likes me back?

this week, i've sorta had my eye on thi guy i like. so one day i was waiting on my ride, so i see some of his friends looking at me and talking to him so im like "what the heck??" so one of his friends almost walk over to me, so he walks away from them. once he was away, one of his friends yelled "HE LIKES YOU!" i just sorta smiled and looked down. os he comes back and says somethinhg...i dont know hat he was saying. so after school the other day, i walked pst him and he looked like he wanted to say something but was too nervous so i figure a letter would work best. i wanna write a letter to him askin him out bt i dont know what to write. someone plz help?? 10 points to a best answerrr!
