What would you do if your boyfriend/girlfriend made a bet about you?

my best friend made a bet with my bf. she told him that he should bit me and live a mark. they both thnk that i dont know anything about it but i do. and while i was texting him hr ask me if he could bit me ? i ask him y are u asking me this and he told me "oh i just kinda want to show u love" i was lke okk but he has not told me anything about it. and my friend gave him a week to do it. and he ask me if he could do it next time we see eachother! but i feel like is not right to bet on something related to ur gf ! what do u guys think is it wrong ?!
