No heath insurance poor woman in orlando florida is there a free health clinic?

I have no health insurance I am a 24 yr old woman who has a pituatary problem and am having my period 3 times a month with clots. I just got over shingles and have what looks like a blood clot on my arm it sometimes goes numb need to see a doctor but have no money and no health insurance
