I agree! But then I am not a Dalit ! Our leaders ( leaders of the vocal minority) tend to focus on emotive appeal and promising colour TVs , self respect, past glory, caste kinship and so on, their followers - their lambs- deify them and follow without thinking. There is no difference between our leaders and the mullahs who promise 77 virgins to the terrorists on death as per the Mullah's directions.
