To be honest, anything can be turned into a racial stereotype. ROFL. After reading the comic I saw, I can tell you with absolute certainty that it is stereotyping. Her skin is about that of what chinese is usually, and her hair style makes her look asian. Maybe not Chinese, but Asian.
