I really need some help with this?

wow, i can understand how you don't want to put yourself at risk but the fact that the dog hasn't had her vacs. its very bad, there are many things she can catch, and saying that it is parvo season depending where u live it could be bad, i know it is here, and i work at a vet so i know how things can get :/ but the way i see it i would call, and also say that i would not like my name or address giving out due to the conditions of my street, so id say animal control if your mom agrees but i would say just be careful with your choice. and good luck. :)
