I am a 60year old uk male citizen.I have a Ukraine lady friend.As we both live on our own.?

We have decided to marry and she will come to England to live with me.She will be comming to visit me with six month visa.Can we apply for a spouse visa here to marry,or do we have to marry in the Ukraine then apply for a spose visa there.David
