Does the right & conservatives think that the taxpayer is solely funding the Federal govt?

No, we don't think that the tax payer is the sole source of funds for the Government. We also don't mind people having no tax liability. We just don't think that it is right to pay people. Also, we don't agree with the left's philosophy that we should punish the successful to reward the unsuccessful. Both are choices that people make.
